I don’t want to go
In the garden any more
‘Cause there are lots of bugs
That sting and bite

Wasps and mosquitoes
Bumble bees and balangos
There are too many bugs
That sting and bite

Me, I don’t like to be bitten

They hide in the grass and the trees
In the flowers and the weeds
They’re so cunning
And sly, oh my!

The fleas make me sneeze
And the flies make me cry
And the spiders freak me out
Oh what, a sight

They’re all so scary and creepy

I want to stay in my house
Far away from the crickets and the ants
‘Cause they are not my friends
I will not go in the garden
I would rather eat an onion
Or be turned into a grunion, now

I won’t go in the garden
